Is it allowed/encouraged to incorporate other meditations into void meditation? I was thinking of taking different aspects from other religions/practices of meditation/ritualism, such as I'm currently self-teaching myself Kendo (Way of The Sword) which not only is it a martial art/sport, but also has a big intake of spiritualism in it from religions such as Shintoism and Buddhism. I was also thinking of incorporating the Kuji that is used in Ninjutsu such as "Toh" meaning harmony/balance of Yin Yang, which as many of us know Nug and Yeb share many aspects to Yin Yang, so "Toh" would be used to represent them and "Retsu" meaning mastery of time and space, to which would be used for the void.

My view is, whatever works best for you, go with that. We cannot be bound down by dogma, since that is the antithesis of evolution and change. We are endeavouring to be the best version of ourselves, so use whatever tools you need to aid you in your journey. I hope this help. Blessings. May They Rise!
