As of right now, we are in the works of putting together an extensive Liber for the Cult of Cthulhu. Previous texts written using the Cthulhu Mythos in their works are Kenneth Grant, Anton Szandor LaVey, Peter Carroll, Phil Hine, Stephen Sennitt, John Coughlin, Frater UD, Frater LS, Konstantinos, Frater Nigris(Nagasiva Yronwode), The Esoteric Order of Dagon, ChaosMatrix.org , Donald Tyson and many others I cannot think of at the moment. However using certain systems implementing the Mythos are not always effective, nor are they recommended. An example of this is the LBRP in its original form when starting off a ritual to Shub-Niggurath. They do not mesh well.

Also Phil Hines Pseudonomicon resonated with me,
