So I have been trying to do the third rank of the university but I can't get into it without a password I've waited for help since the 30th of November I have the second rank done but I still can't log in I have proof that I have my second certificate

You have to wait a specific amount of time before the third tier can unlock. I think it's 2 or 3 months
Then you should get an email containing a code

It’s closer to a year I believe, there are people who have been here longer than me who are still Cthulhi and I got rank 2 in may I believe
