Color Out of Space is the most recent and it's a direct adaption of Lovecraft's work, making it one of the rare 100% mythos movies.
Theres a Cult related review of it here: http://wix.to/kMAbB7s
I intend on purchasing Colour Out of Space on Friday, I'm currently reading through it now so it would be amazing to see it come to life at the end of the week, I'm sure Nick Cage does a great job portraying Nahum too.
If you are talking about adaptations of Lovecraft's work (not just the Mythos), his story "Herbert West: Reanimator" (which he actually wrote for a humor magazine) got adapted into 1985's Re-Animator.
Yet to see underwater. Too blurry. Have you played Call of Cthulhu on platform? It's yummy.

Same thing happened with his story "From Beyond"
Don’t forget Dagon, based on “The Shadow over Innsmouth”
